Google Voice is a service that unifies a user’s different phones numbers into a central number. There is a lot more to it, inlcuding automatically transcribing voicemails.

Needless to say, there are some improvements to be made.

That's a bit unfair. 99 out of 100 humans would transcribe that incorrectly. Give the computer algorithm a break.
